Kamusta! I am Kathy, the woman behind Sesbino Sweets. I specialize in Filipino desserts. What started out as a hobby turned into a passion, and wanting to share with others. Since 2000, I have been the "baker" in the family, baking for all major holidays, and I owe my creative outlet to my family. Recently this spring 2020, I've been exploring more Filipino desserts, and it gave me the motivation to start Sesbino Sweets.

I am full-blooded Filipina, and have early memories of helping my mom and grandma in the kitchen, with the leche flan and cassava. My grandma passed down recipes and baking tools to me, and I am honored to be sharing our heritage and traditional Filipino baked goods.
About Me
I am a wife and mother of 2 amazing children. My husband is Filipino too. I am also a medical social worker, so I run my business on evenings and weekends. I was born in California and now live in Rowlett, Texas. I love baking and sharing my heritage.
